Ukashula
Not as a promise. As something we made ourselves incapable of doing.
Someone has stood in that yard before, with a contract and a good story.
You already know how that ended. So we are not going to open with what we will give you. We will open with what we cannot take.
Nothing here sits still long enough to be taken.
Rule 12 · of sixteen
No part of this system can remove, reallocate or restrict a household's land.
Not the King. Not the Council. Not Ukashula. Not together, not with everyone's signature, not by a court order handed to an administrator at midnight. There is no button, no setting and no permission level that does it — because the ability was never built.
Anyone can promise that. It costs nothing to say and nothing to break. The difference is whether the thing making the promise is capable of breaking it.
The other fifteen
They cover what happens to money you're owed, who may decide something against you and how, what your neighbours are allowed to see, and who owns the seed your grandmother kept.
In the language you speak at home, out loud, with time to ask. A rule you had to read in English on a phone is not a protection.
From delivery to money. A date you can count to, fixed before you plant, and it does not move because someone further up the chain is slow.
The paperwork that makes an export buyer possible is ours to carry. You farm.
Not your neighbour, not the village. What you grew and what you were paid stays between you and the ledger.
Where it goes
Grown here. Built here.
Hemp grown on this land becomes walls on this land. The demand is not a hope — the housing shortage runs to millions of homes, and the material stores carbon for as long as the house stands.
